The meeting point depends on the tour. You can find it on your voucher or on the product page of the specific tour. The guide will always be waiting for you with a sign that says 'Guidance'.
You have the flexibility to cancel the tour up to 48 hours before departure without any charges. However, if you cancel after that timeframe, the full price of the tour will be charged.
For our 'small group tours', there is a maximum of 15 participants per group.
The discount code is applicable to all tours booked online, except for custom-made tours.
Yes, that is possible! Simply navigate to the tour you're interested in, click on ‘Book Now’, pick a date and add your details. Then, feel free to explore other tours and repeat the process. Once you click on ‘Book Now’ at any tour page, all tours you added to your basket are visible. From there, you can easily manage your selections, including deleting tours by clicking on the cross icon.
Absolutely! In addition to the tours displayed on our website, we also provide custom private tours tailored to your preferences. These can range from a few hours to multiple full-day excursions. Yes, payment is required upfront for our tours. For the daily and private tours listed on our website, you can conveniently book and pay online. However, for custom-made tours, we do require a deposit, with the full payment due in advance. Payment for custom-made tours will be facilitated through a payment link. Once we've finalized the details of your tailored tour, we'll send you a secure payment link for processing the deposit and full payment.
