Scheltema bookstore

In the 17th century, Amsterdam became a key center for the printing press, sparking creativity and innovation. Printed materials played a big role in shaping the city’s culture and economy. Fast forward to today, and Scheltema Bookstore, around since 1853, is still a book lover’s dream. With five floors of books and a cozy coffee bar, it’s the largest bookstore in Amsterdam and beyond!
